Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide and currently having no delays! Some items may incur a small customs charge so this is why the prices you see are so much cheaper than competitors. Most get through without charges but we are just being transparent with our customers.  All sizes that are available on our website often take somewhere between 3 - 5 weeks as our designs are made to order. If you require a customisable sizes and/or optional extras such as the framing service please allow 4 - 6 weeks.

Cancelling Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@sashdesignsco.com. All of our paintings are made
to order, once work has started, a refund cannot be issued.
Our Quality

All our paintings are hand painted and they go through thorough quality controls. Our prints are also checked in batches and use top of the range printers. But in the unlikely case there is damage, please get in touch and our support team will happily guide you through what to do next! 

Our Shipping

All sizes that are available on our website often take somewhere between 3 - 5 weeks as our designs are made to order. If you require a customisable sizes and/or optional extras such as the framing service please allow 4 - 6 weeks. Prints will take 1-2 weeks when being sent framed.
